STYRO-CUT 350 is a device for shredding (granulating) the polystyrene (EPS). The packaging residues, sections are entered into the insertion funnel and the material is automatically sucked in by the device. The material is shredded by the device in a single step, granulated and filled into bags or transported to the silo.
The device reduces the volume by 70-80% and thus also reduces the cost of storage and transport.

Un contaminated ESP granules can be reused in the production of new A557643 products from EPS. The produced granules can be used as filling material in the furniture industry or in the field of agriculture to loosen the soil.
Slightly contaminated EPS granulate is used in the construction industry as a repro material for façade construction or for the production of lightweight concrete elements, screed floors.
